Chitwan Day Tour ( Canoeing + Whole day Jungle Walk )

Overview

(2 hrs. Canoeing+ whole day jungle walk)

• 060hrs: Pick up from your hotel and commence the +-30 minutes overland drive to our place.
• 0630hrs will be breakfast. (Toast, egg any style, fried potato, tea or coffee). Introduction with guides.
• safety briefing, and Do’s and Don’ts
• 0700hrs: Start Safari, first on the Canoeing trip (Doug out canoeing which is made from single trunk of tree) with two guides and one paddler. And go about 8 km along Rapti River, Possible to see 2 different type of Crocodile basking on the bank of river, Rhinos bathing in the river, more or less 50 different types of colorful birds, Tiger and bear crossing river etc… Guides knows the name and information about flora and fauna, they speak English, and if they see something they will tell about it and show you.Guides are expert on the spotting  Animals.
• 090hrs: Start jungle trekking on THE WILDERNESS OF HEART OF JUNGLE TRAIL. Again, before we start the trekking we brief about the Animal behavior and safety idea against the Animal. And walking style, and jungle communication language.) Little tree climbing training. (jungle survival Technic)
• Walking area will be plain and we will make walk more or less 15 km. ( on the jungle walk we  will take you on  a possible area where there is water, grass and forest) there will be two guides in a group(max 6 people in a group) , one will walk in front of you and another will walk behind of you, we keep very silence and quite, we walk slowly and if we hear some sound from any creature we stop and try to find, if we feel safe. On the walking if we find any fresh mark from animal some time we follow it when we feel safe.
• There are some medicinal & eatable plant in the park guide will show you and tell you about it
• 01130hrs: we make LUNCH break on the observation tower or next to the wet land. There are many observation towers in the park, next to the lake, river and big grassland. Some time we will take you on the tower and we make break more than 30 min, it is possible to see some wildlife from tower so we make wait on the tower
• After having lunch on the tower and you can take a nap on the tower with fresh oxygen about an hour’s.
• 0130hrs: we will take you on different vegetation like grassland, forest and wetland, some time we have to cross the small river, it  is possible to  see many colorful beautiful birds during the walking it is one of the best way to make birding in the park. Guides knows the bird and their habitat so if you want to see some special bird than it is the opportunity.

• Walking is the exciting and adventure way to explorer wild Animal and its habitat, it gives opportunity to go closer to the wild life and it makes you feel wilder. Guide will host you all the time and give you interesting information about the various flora and fauna of the jungle throughout your walk.
• Before sunset we have to leave the park. Upon arrival at the ending point of the trip.
• Drive back to the hotel
