This is the Day Chitwan Jungle jeep Safari Package that offers, Chitwan Jungle experience with the wilderness of rich ecosystem of Chitwan National Park via 2 hrs Canoeing Trip and whole day jeep in Chitwan National Park, that includes mammals, Birds, reptiles and water Animals of several kinds.
Doing the 2 hours Canoeing trip gives you opportunity to see 2 different types of Crocodile including critically endangered Crocodile “Gharial” and more than 100 different types of colorful Birds, swimming Rhinos in the river and more. Taking jeep in Chitwan National Park is the best way to cover big area and will take you deep into the jungle. You will go through sal forest, grassland, mixed forest and some lakes. Jeep is exciting to ride on an open into the dense forest of Chitwan National park. And you will discover wild world of 8 meter Elephant grass, towering trees and twisting vines, Pre-historic Rhino, Elephant, Crocodile, python, 4 types of deer, monkey, common leopard, more than 500 different types of colorful Birds etc. jeep will stop at observation tower, Lakes, and some Animal sighting area to spot the animals. Doing whole day jeep tour is one of the high chance to see Royal Bengal Tiger.
Overview
(2 hrs Canoeing+ Whole Day Jeep Safari)
- 060hrs: Pick up from your lobby hotel and commence the +-30 minutes overland drive to our place.
- 0630hrs will be breakfast. (Toast, egg any style, fried potato, tea or coffee). Introduction with guides.

- 0700hrs: Start Safari, first on the Canoeing trip (Dugout Canoe which is made from a single trunk of tree) with two guides and one paddler. And go about 8 km along the Rapt River, Possible to see 2 different types of Crocodile basking on the bank of the river, Rhinos bathing in the river, more or less 50 different types of colorful birds,
- Tiger and bear crossing river etc… Guides know the name and information about flora and fauna, they speak English.
- they see something they will explain it and show you(guide have an eagle eye and very expert on spotting Animals).
- Going 8km along the River, you finish the canoeing trip, and there will be your jeep waiting for you at the bank of Rapti River.
- 090hrs: you go on the jeep and again the same guide will tell you a safety briefing, and Do’s and Don’ts
- Jeep will take you through the grassland, river in the forest, Sal forests and by the lake. Jeep will take you main lakes of the park, LAMI LAKE, TAMOUR LAKE, KAMAL LAKE, DEVI LAKE, KAMAL LAKE, MUDA LAKE, THAPALIA LAKE, ETC. These lakes are very famous for mass magar crocodile, many colorful birds, Rhino, deer, bear, monkey and more… Tamor Lake and Kamal Lake and Devi lakes are very famous for the Tiger sighting. So we will take you to these areas and we will try to show you Tiger, our experience about sighting depends on the timing and the area is the most important in safari. So we follow our experience and Technic to explore as much as possible.
- Gharial Crocodile breeding Centre: On the safari we will take you Gharial crocodile breeding center. Gharial Crocodile (freshwater crocodile) is one of the rare and critical endangered species in the world, on the safari we will stop about 20 min at the center, and the Guide will take you inside and will show you and explain to you about the crocodile and its information.
- 01130 hrs. lunch, we will stop on the observation tower or by the lake for the lunch break and we stop for an hours at the same place.
- After having lunch and little rest, again we start safari and take you different area.
- 01630 hrs. before sunset we have to leave park, back to starting point and finish safari.
