Discover Chitwan National Park through the eyes of a local wildlife guide on a 3-day, 2-night journey combining canoeing, jungle walking, jeep safari, birdwatching, Tharu culture and an overnight stay in the jungle.
This is more than a conventional jeep safari. You will learn how to read the forest through animal tracks, calls, feeding signs, plants and changes in habitat. Travel quietly along the Rapti River, explore forest and grassland on foot, search for wildlife from the back of a jeep and experience the jungle after dark.
Chitwan is home to the greater one-horned rhinoceros, Royal Bengal tiger, crocodiles, deer, wild boar, monkeys, leopards, sloth bears and hundreds of bird species.
Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. We do not chase, feed or deliberately disturb animals. Instead, our local guides use their knowledge of the forest and wildlife behaviour to give you the best possible opportunity to observe animals responsibly.
Alongside the wildlife experience, you will discover the culture and hospitality of the Tharu people, one of the indigenous communities of the Chitwan region.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW.
- You must have a very good level of fitness for this tour as you are required to be outdoors the entire time and be prepared to trek for up to 15-20 km.
- The tour can be done throughout the whole year.
- Tipping is like giving a hug. Although it’s never expected, it’s always very much appreciated.
- All guests MUST purchase Personal Travel Insurance.
- Guest is to be accompanied by a guide at all times and not allowed to wander on their own in the Jungle.
- The itinerary of the tour is subject to changes due to weather conditions, health & fitness conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
- This tour is not recommended for children under 12 years old as it is much physically demanding during the tour
- Accommodation is clean and with free wifi, a hot shower, mosquito net and air condition
